With the 9 words you choose, I can create a visual picture of the dynamics of your goals to quickly arrive at potential new practices. You also can send me a short personal statement of what you want to change.

Watching you learn the move, we customize it to fit your situation and sensibilities. And then you return to the challenges and energies of your busy life.
