Watching you learn the move, we customize it to fit your situation and sensibilities. And then you return to the challenges and energies of your busy life.
Then, in 2-4 weeks you return to the pit stop to discover how your bureaucracy of habits alters, distorts, or sabotages your change efforts. Taking these habit defense patterns into account, your practice is updated to help you to stay the course and succeed. And then you return to the challenges and energies of your busy life.
