If I had to choose two of the many questions that drove my studies, they would be, why do people act so ineffectively, stupidly, and heartlessly? And, why does it seem so difficult for people to change, especially when they have the intelligence, motivation, and skills?
To make sense of these, given how I was trained, I took guidance from the intersection of modern science with the classical wisdom traditions.
